CRAVE Basses – Cool & Rare Vintage Bass Guitars
While CRAVE Guitars rightly focuses on Cool & Rare American Vintage Electric 6‑string Guitars, this doesn’t exclude bass guitars (or amps and effects). As a guitarist, the number of basses is not quite as extensive and resources – space, time, money, etc. – are finite. More vintage basses may well be added over time, as they are undoubtedly just as cool, desirable and collectable.
The criteria for CRAVE Basses is entirely consistent with the other types of vintage gear and complement the 6‑string varieties admirably. The choice of vintage bass guitars is ultimately down to personal preference. They may be rare, common, traditional, unusual or just interesting. They may be in ratty, well used condition or pristine. Ultimately, they are here simply because I like them and use them and, fundamentally, I think they are really cool. What more needs to be said.
