Here we have a mid-’70s hardtail Strat. Nuff said? In classic ’70s natural finish with a black scratchplate, big headstock, ‘bullet’ truss rod, 3-bolt ‘microtilt’ neck joint (secure), original 3-position switch and rosewood fingerboard. Some don’t like the non-vibrato Strats with the through-body stringing. They may be wrong. Perhaps you want a vibrato, in which case, this isn’t your guitar. However, if you want a taut, solid original and playable Strat of its era, then you have found a beauty with this example.

  • Natural finish
  • Maple bolt-on neck (3-bolt ‘microtilt’)
  • Rosewood fingerboard with 21 frets and pearl dot markers
  • Scale length 25½”
  • Chrome hardware
  • Black scratchplate, pickup covers and knobs
  • Original tuners (temporarily had Schallers)
  • Original single coil pickups
  • Original factory ‘hardtail’ bridge
  • Hardshell case
